Translated from the original Spanish by Charles Jarvis. Very Good- condition. Includes 16 illlustrated by W. Heath Robinson. Bumped corners show some wear and fraying. Spine ends are a bit worn as well; otherwise the covers are in good shape. The binding is tight. The interior pages are unmarked. Small abrasion to the half-title page. Notably, this copy includes the engraved foldout map bound in between introductory material (p. xxiv) and the first page of text (p. 1), hand-colored in pale yellow, green, and red, quite nicely preserved, showing only (2) 1/4" closed tears along fore-edge fold lines and (2) approx. 1/2" closed tears at binding tab. Interior is clean, and plates are fully intact. Scarce with map. Sold as is, WAF. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.
