A highly detailed, hand colored map showing the placement and relative size and shape of buildings in Chester with each property identified with its borders and the names of the owner or business in residence. Roads, paths, railroad lines, town borders, streams and rivers are shown. The map is drawn to a scale of 20 rods to the inch. This map has been professionally framed and matted by The Essex House of Framing in an elegant black, hardwood frame with a red interior border over an acid free ivory colored mat. This map shows the location and relative size of the W. N. Robbins Rope Walk near the center of town. A highly detailed, hand colored map showing the placement and relative size and shape of buildings in Essex with each property identified with its borders and the names of the owner or business in residence. Roads, paths, steamboat docks, town borders, streams and rivers are shown. The map is drawn to a scale of 20 rods to the inch.
