Edith Lambert Sharp (March 7, 1911 - July 2, 1974) was a Canadian writer and educator recognized for her contributions to children's literature.Her most notable work, the novel Nkwala (1958), earned her the Governor General's Literary Award for Juvenile Fiction, depicting the coming-of-age journey of a young Salish boy seeking a guiding vision amid Indigenous traditions.
