Philip L. Hunsaker has been professor of management and director of management programs in the school of Business Administration at the University of San Diego and a faculty member of the Institute for Quality and Productivity and of the Leadership and Management Program at the University of California, San Diego, as well as a consultant to management with Decision Dynamics Corporation. He is an internationally recognized consultant, seminar leader and speaker and has written numerous books and articles on topics of management and organizational development.
