Alfred Henrik Fock was professor at Teknologiska institutet [The Royal Institute of Technology] and office director at the Ministry of Finance. His "Notes" were first published in 1851. First edition of Uggla's treatise on shipbuilding. A new edition was published in 1856. The striking woodcut illustrations in the anonymous fourth work are richly distributed in the text.
