This work presents the numerical solution to estimate the stresses and deformations for steady-state and dynamic responses. Also, the analytical solution and experimental test carried out to investigate the vibration characteristics of the investigated fan blades. All formulation and computations are coded in FORTRAN-77. The dynamic response results were estimated by ANSYS/ 5.4 package. The numerical, analytical and experimental results are compared with the results in the previously published literature and MSC/ NASTRAN package, and the present results show good agreement.Many parameters such as speed of rotation, thickness, skew angle, pre-twist angle, disc radius, aspect ratios, type of alloy and the shape of cross-sectional area for the practical fan blade are investigated in this work. Als weitere Aufgabe soll durch die zusätzliche Konstruktion eine Belastung, durch Gewichtsscheiben, auf den Prüfpin und das Reibmaterial gegeben werden können. Dazu ist diese in die Baugruppen: Stab, Traverse und Klemmen unterteilt worden. Bei der konkreten Ausgestaltung ist zunächst das Schleif- und Poliergerät vermessen und in ein CAD-Modell überführt worden. Mit diesem Modell konnte die geometrische Richtigkeit der erstellten Konstruktion überprüft werden. Aus Norm- und Konstruktionsbauteilen ist der eigentliche Prüfstand erstellt worden.
