This is a beautiful book featuring 500 drawings and illustrations from the vast Disney archives from the wonderful Disney movies. Included are beautiful scenes from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" not included in the film, complete story sketches from "The…Song of the South" and many, many more. Most of the illustrations are full page and this is a large book, 12" x 15", so the scans are necessarily abbreviated. 317 pp. including a complete annotated bibliography on animation by animation historian, John Canemaker. The book is in bright red cloth and in near fine condition with a touch of soil on the outer page edge. The colorful dustjacket is complete and shows only very light toning due to age. Another beautiful Abbeville Press production.
