These are followed by a Gastronomic Calendar, Luncheon Menus, Dinner Menus, and a large number of recipes. There is an index of recipes, with translations from the French, at the end of the book. The book is bound in the original black cloth covered boards with orange titling on the spine. The case of the book is in very good condition with some shelf wear and light soiling to the boards. There are a few white scrapes to the cloth near the top edge of the front board and the spine ends are lightly bumped. The contents are tight and clean with browning to the free endpapers and the half-title page. There is no inscription.…
