Ha dedicato molti anni della propria attività lavorativa alla pubblicazione di manuali tecnici per le costruzioni, di articoli per riviste del settore e allo sviluppo di contenuti editoriali elettronici, curandone in particolare i testi e la grafica. È appassionato di storia e di mare. Con il Ponte Vecchio ha pubblicato La terra oltre il ponte (2024). Antonello Messina è musicista e pittore. Nato a Palermo nel 1969, da anni vive a Friburgo, in Svizzera. La sua attività di compositore, pianista e fisarmonicista jazz lo ha portato a percorrere le strade di tutto il mondo. Ha al suo attivo tre album e numerosissime collaborazioni. Parallelamente, si dedica alle arti figurative nel suo atelier friburghese, coinvolgendo nei suoi progetti la comunità e gli abitanti della città.
