Traccia di tarlo al margine bianco basso di 18 carte, per il resto ottime condizioni. Da notare che sui piatti la pergamena è stata incisa nel '500 ricavando due disegni: sul piatto anteriore una città turrita (S. Gimignano?) e su quello posteriore la facciata d'un palazzo.
