Paul's story is illustrated by superb colour photographs of places he visited. The last illustration is a magnificent picture of Christ taken from the painting of the resurrection by Piero della Francesca. It sums up the significance of the whole book. This was the Risen Christ who appeared to Paul, of whom he could say, at the end of his life: 'I live, now not I, but Christ lives in me'. Illustrated. 159 pp. Previous owners name to inside cover.
