Small splits neatly stuck at tail of spine, slight wear and tiny splits at head of spine, corners slightly rubbed, a horrid child has scraped the face of Towlocks on the upper cover with the point of a compass or some such (this plate repeated inside), neat inscription on blank leaf before half-title, contents otherwise bright and clean. A very good copy. First published in the Dumpy series by Grant Richards in 1903.
