Staphylococcus spp., is a common bacteria in cattle mastitis. Detection of the low number of bacteria requires a sensitive method. We used Multiplex Polymerase Chain Reaction (M-PCR) assay to detect the genes encoding SEA, SEB, SEC toxins .
