In der folgenden Zeit sang sie dort fast alle großen Wagnerpartien ihres Stimmfachs. Seit den frühen 1950er-Jahren war sie auch an deutschen Opernhäusern zu hören, gehörte von 1951-68 zum Stammpersonal der Bayreuther Festspiele und war ab 1955 regelmäßig an der Deutschen Oper am Rhein der Städte Düsseldorf und Duisburg engagiert. Dort war sie auch einige Jahre als Gesangslehrerin tätig, bevor sie sich 1959 in München niederließ und seit 1987 auch als Gesangslehrerin am Münchner Opernstudio arbeitete.
