Hardback: frontispiece + pictorial title page + full page illustrations (all have been neatly painted) by MAUD TINDAL ATKINSON, book is bound in cloth which is a bit rubbed, pictorial onlay on the front, some wear on the spine folds and tips, corners are a little bumped and worn, front flyleaf is darkened and has an inscription (dated 1916), ownership label on the reverse, foredge and some internal foxing and other marks, top page corners are slightly bumped and a couple are creased, still good. 8vo, 213pp. The story of a little girl and her adventures in Willow-Pat Land. Scarce.

Contains 20 pages with a colour or monochrome illustration to each page and story line text around the illustrations. Pencil page number to top of each page, finger marks to most leaves, ink message to the half-title page dated 1921, as mentioned, the front cover is missing, the rear cover has a small girl reading a book called 'Fashions For All.'
