Aggiungi al carrelloPaperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book chronicles the development of school medical services in England from 1898, focusing on the case study of Bradford. It examines how the program grew from a simple medical inspection system to a comprehensive service providing specialized care for children with physical and mental health needs. The author details the challenges faced by the service, including inadequate funding, lack of personnel, and resistance from some parents and educators. However, he also highlights the positive impact the service has had on the health and well-being of children in Bradford and argues for its continued expansion and improvement. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book. print-on-demand item.
