Intro, glossary, 28 tales (originally published 1890s-1930s), sources, colophon and (helpfully), a four page list of Ash-Tree Press "Titles Published" 1994-2005, including forthcoming titles. Condition notes: A fine, clean, just-off-square, unmarked copy, with light wear to dj and boards and a slight soiling to tail edge. Gift-appropriate. Buchan was a prolific novelist and biographer, with his most-recognized novel being The Thirty-Nine Steps (adapted to film by Alfred Hitchcock and others).
