Edizione piuttosto rara di questa celebre raccolta di trattati del giureconsulto veronese Bartolomeo Cipolla (1420 - 1475 ca.), professore di diritto civile dal 1458 nell' ateneo patavino, e di alcuni altri illustri giureconsulti del Rinascimento. Cipolla fu uno dei più importanti giuristi del Quattrocento e i suoi scritti furono pubblicati fino al Settecento. A Padova nel 1458 l' A. fu iscritto nel Collegio dei dottori giuristi e venne nominato professore ordinario di diritto canonico; dal 1461 fino alla morte tenne, sempre nelle studio padovano, una cattedra di diritto civile e dal 1474 fu il titolare della prima cattedra di diritto civile. Nella seconda opera, oltre a vari trattati del Cipolla (de servitutibus, de usucapione, pro emptore, pro donato, de simulatione contractumm, de servis fugitivis, cautelarum), anche il Tractatus Cautelarum di Tommaso Ferrazzo. Alcune gore di antica umidità non pesanti e non deturpanti il testo, soprattutto alla seconda opera. Nel complesso buon esemplare.
