Not ex-lib. No remainder mark. This has the original printing of Sectionalism and Representation in South Carolina. Three South Carolina maps are present and pristine.

Internally, there is a previous owner's note in ink under the front board, but there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages within are neat and complete. The binding is secure. JK.
