Neat old repairs to the heads of both backstrips, the verso of the title in Vol. I has a small faint circular and illegible stamp, 20mm worm track affecting only the margin of the title and the following 18 leaves in Volume II, furthermore the title and the first six leaves with worm tracks have been repaired with binder's invisible tape, both preliminary blanks have light edge staining otherwise a near fine very clean text block set with an old ink inscription on the top of the recto of the front blank of Vol I as follows 'DaLava de Dezor Aliguela Lopes Calerau Artur.' sic. The binding is most attractive. The title continues in part: quae, ut caetera eius scripta, coelestem, ac divinam sapiunt eruditionern.
