Edge wear and some creasing to top and bottom of softcovers, spine and corners slightly rubbed, some slight overall yellowing and time staining, some spotting to endpapers. Hungarian British artist Balint Stephen Biro (1921-2014), was also children's author and book illustrator. Originally a native of Hungary, his studio was located in Amersham in Buckinghamshire.
