None Stated. 488 pp, color frontis and b/w illustrations, the book and contents are solid and tight, the pages are are clean with very occasional light foxing, the book has no printing date, the front endpaper is inscribed with owner's name and a date of March 26, 1904, the covers are tight… and have light scuffing and some soil on the reear, the edges have light wear, the upper front corner has a 1/8" x 5/8" portion of cloth missing, although the rest of the corner is there, this is a solid and usable book.

None Stated. 488 pp, b/w frontis and illustrations, the title page is decorated with a border of orange flowers and green leaves and vines, the book has no copyright date, it appears to be circa 1900, the book and contents are clean and solid, the pages are lightly browned and the uppe…r outside corner of the pages has been lightly bumped ( 1/4" x 1/2" ) on about 3/4 of them, the endpapers are decorated in a green floral pattern, the front inside hinge has a light crack annd is solid, the covers are tight and have light corner wear and the spine is lightly sun faded and soiled, the front cover is very nicely illustrated with a white floral pattern around the title, this is an attractive and usable book.

Corner and edge bumping the considering this style of binding is in good shape for its age pages are tanned due to type of paper. Only handwriting found in book is a gift inscription… on one of the front end pages and there's a small reference number on front pastedown, upper right corner, which is written in pencil. No hinge cracks noted, binding good. Only defects found on pages was on page 214 where there is a 1 inch tear on the bottom of the page. See photos for best condition description.
