The first dated 1919 and containing tipped-in photo-plates and large folding plans at rear. The second dated 1929, with printed photo-plates, a map frontispiece and a large folding map in pocket at rear. 1929 particular having a letter from the solicitor loosely inserted. Both in the original card wrapps., some edge wear. Contents of both in good clean order. 'Very Good'. Edstone Hall was a Georgian Manor house marked on the Ordnance Survey maps of 1886 and 1926 and was located north of Bearley, Warwickshire. The house was rebuilt in 1936, unfortunately nothing of the house from these particulars remains. However many of the other properties and estate land auctioned here do still exist.
