Künstler, I,68. - Im Auftrag des niederländischen Statthalters und englischen Königs Wilhelm III von Oranien-Nassau kolorierte und "vergrößerte" Anna Beek…(1657-1717) eine Reihe von Ansichten, in dem sie das Originalblatt auseinander schnitt, auf größerem Papier - mit Zwischenraum - montierte und dann mit ihren bekannten, kräftigen (leuchtenden) Farben kolorierte. Sie verwandte Ansichten von Braun-Hogenberg, Janssonius oder Merian, die dann nach der Kolorierung zu einem großen Ansichtenwerk zusammengebunden wurden. Die Qualität des Kolorits ist in etwa vergleichbar mit dem legendären Kolorit des van Santen aus dem Atlas van der Hem. Der Atlas wurde in den 50er Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts aufgelöst und der Band der österreichischen (und südtiroler) Ansichten kam geschlossen in den Besitz des ehemaligen Artaria-Mitarbeiters Hans Philipp Gutacker, seine Erben verkauften sie ebenfalls geschlossen an ein Antiquariat im Rheinland. Alle Blätter sind in dieser Art Unikate.
