Volume two has front and back end pages missing and also paper over the inside back board, previous owners name top of the title page, 3rd edition 1758. Pages 5 to 12 loose and pages 179 to 190 missing. Grub marks on the side page edges of 334 and 336 and whole of page 338 and Index page.
