The book was published in 1907 and appears to be a First Edition though it's not specifically stated as such. It's not an ex-library copy and is in good + condition with no dust jacket. It has 203 pages with an Index of Tunes, an Index of Authors, an Index of Composers, and a Table of Contents. I must also add that the back loose end page has been removed. Thank you!
