BESCHIKBAAR; Belgische Illustratie Jaargang 1 (1868/69) tot en met Jaargang 15(1882/83) gebonden per jaargang, er ontbreken de Jaargangen 7 , 8 , 9, 10, en 16 (1874/75 tot 1877/78 ; 1883/1884). De Nieuwe Belgische Illustratie (vervolg van B.I.) Jaargang 2 (1885/86) tot en met Jaargang 10 (1893/94). Gebonden in 18 volumes. (Jaargang 5,6,7 van de Nieuw B.I werd in één volume gebonden). Meeste banden zijn groen linnen uitgeversbanden met goudopdruk, andere banden in bruin of zwart half schaapleder met goudopdruk op rug. Alle volumes in goede staat behalve Jaargang 3 en 12 van de Belgische illustratie . Deze volumes zitten wat los in de band, met ook enkele losse bladen. Bijgave; laatste jaargang (derde reeks, zestiende, 1899-1900). Zeldzaam lange reeks (van 1868 tot 1894) van dit Vlaams ge-illustreerd weekblad dat gesticht werd door August Snieders en dat een verdienstelijke poging was om de Nederlandstalige Vlamingen te voorzien van een tijdschrift met hetzelfde opzet als het Franse L'Illustration en het Brusselse Franstalige ''L'Illustration Européenne''.
