Various stains internally, quite heavy on some pages. Heavy stain to advertisement leaf, pages 3-4. 50 x 15mm chip to upper blank corner of advertisement leaf (pages 3-4) and title leaf (pages 5-6). Protected in archival mylar sleeve with alkaline buffered backing board. ; Scarce. 40 pages. Illustrated green paper covers. Page dimensions: 273 x 208mm. Black-and-white photographic illustrations.
