This provides an illustrated history and description of the port, its functions and a list of principal directors and officers. The author M.C. Byford, A.M.,Inst.,T. credited as Chef du mouvement, responsible for entry and exit into the port, mooring, lookouts, ballasting etc. The plans include a reference map of the head of the Arabian Gulf.…
