Corners bumped, approximately 1/8th inch fraying at head and foot of spine, paper lightly age yellowed, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked. As per the title, addresses dealing with the positive aspects of teaching, practical advice, and so forth. Rather scarce, with only two copies on OCLC.
