The second film produced in Todd's proprietary 70mm Todd-AO widescreen process, preceded by "Oklahoma!" in 1955. Nominated for eight Academy Awards, winning five, including Best Picture and Best Screenplay. Shot on location in Japan, England, California, New Mexico, Thailand, Spain, Colorado, Paris, China, Oklahoma, and Bangladesh. 10 x 8 inches. Very Good plus, moderately edgeworn.
