Hardcover. Condizione: Good. No Jacket. 2nd Edition. This is a UK second edition (revised and enlarged) hardcover published by Hurst and Blackett Ltd in 1902. The book is Good with straight spine, sharp corners and firm but frayed spine ends. The problem, however, is the boards are very badly sun bleached and water stained. The binding is tight with heavily toned page edges and overall clean text block. However there is water staining to the end papers, title page and opening ten pages of the book. Fortunately this does not affect the text legibility. The book has 540 pages including index but discounting adverts. The title page confirms the second edition and year published as 1902. Despite the appearance, this remains a good solid copy.…
