The book itself is better, but does have a lean to the spine and the page edges and end-papers are spotted. Has a previous owner's inscription (name and date) to the front end-paper, along with Jack Carrington's signature ("Wishing you success / Jack Carrington / 27-10-50") and that of Johnny Leach ("With all best wishes / Johnny Leach").
