Otherwise, this is a solid, tight Very Good+ copy in an unclipped Near Fine dust jacket, which has a hint of wear to the spine ends and corners, and is wrapped in a Mylar cover. "Three from the Tomb" is the first edition trade paperback, and is signed by Wrzos on the title page.
