Manuscrit, 1806, 3p in-folio & P.S. par les deux, 28 vendémiaire an XI (20 octobre 1802), 2p in-4. Intéressant ensemble concernant un échange fait entre Marey, « propriétaire à Nuits », et Mathieu-Amyot, « négociant à Pommard ». Il est question d'une pièce de vigne de Pommard et d'une autre à Beaune, avec versement d'une soulte, que Marey a reçu en échange de terres de Volnay cédées à Mathieu-Amyot. Cet échange, acté ici devant notaire, avait été signé sous seing privé par les deux dès 1802, comme le montre le document joint ici. Il avait été fait en deux exemplaires, conservés par Marey et Mathieu-Amyot. Très belle pièce concernant Marey-Monge, provenant de ses papiers. [334].

Eerste blad gezegeld met stempel ( 4 stuivers). Met twee lakstempels (ingesloten tussen papier). Gebonden in soepel perkamenten bandje. Zéér mooi bewaard. Marie Anne van den Dorpe schenkt Joseph Rapaert een groot aantal onroerende goederen gelegen in de parochies van Wilskerke, Slijpe, Leffingen. Op pagina 3-4 staat expliciet vermeld dat de goederen op geen enkele manier in het bezit mogen komen of overgaan van ''Kercken , Kloosters , Conventen , Collegien , godshuijzen , hospitaelen, confrerijen.ofte andere lieden van dooderhandt.'' De waarde dere goederen wordt niet vermeld Wel wordt nauwkeurig de oppervlakte en ligging aangegeven met de namen der aanpalende eigenaars.
