Very Good with slight crushing to foot, light rubbing to joints and soiling to covers, trivial offsetting at endsheets, and faint musty scent to contents. A sizeable monograph from the German photographer containing Bukowski's poem "Click, Click.," made in production for an exhibition at Gabriel's Court in New York. Montfort met Bukowski in 1977 for a magazine cover photoshoot and brought along a bottle of wine in hopes of winning the notoriously difficult poet over. Montfort's strategy worked and they soon became close friends, collaborating for almost two decades until Bukowski's death in 1994. Krumhansl 134a.
