Unpaginated. In good condition. Portfolio is a bit worn in appearance, with shelf-wear along edges, some chipping at corners, and a tear measuring about two and half inches on back flap. However it has evidently done its job well in protecting the text, which remains in quite good condition. Bottom corner of title page is slightly creased, but pages are otherwise free of any marks or tears. Text in Chinese, Arabic, Malay, and English. 24 color plates, which remain bright and clear.…

Publisher's beveled cloth-covered boards good though lightly use-darkened, gold-stamped lettering to front panel bright; contents fine. Publisher's slipcase shows bumping to corners as well as shelfwear and edgewear, but is in good condition, with no tears at seams. Poco dopo fu costruita la prima moschea a Guangzhou per i viaggiatori che attraversavano l'Oceano Indiano e il Mare Cinese Meridionale nelle stazioni commerciali della Via della Seta.
