The author is tagged " Former Master of Staghounds, Amateur Steeplechase Rider and Gentleman Farmer " on the cover, which gives a flavour of the contents. Undated, but reference is made to war visits in the text, so early 1940`s would be my guess. Spine browned but titles etc still reasonably legible. Slight marks to cover. The author is described as Former Master of Staghounds, Amateur Steeplechase Rider and Gentleman Farmer. In grey flecked cloth with black titles. A very good copy. The dedication is rather amusing - 'This book is dedicated to my Bankers in the hope that it may produce results satisfactory to them and me!
