Red cloth covered bevel-edged boards; gilt-stamped laurel graphic on front and back board panels and gilt lettering and graphics on spine. Upper external edges are gilt. Boards are faded and soiled. Spine is sunned. Back upper fore-edge corner is bumped, other corners are curled. Shadow transfers and scuffs to front endpapers. Internal pages are age-toned but clean. Text block is sound.
