First edition of this 'perpetual' calendar printed in Corrientes which reveals the e…xact day of any event between the years 1609 and 2000, and which the author claims is the only one of its kind to be published in this part of the New World. Coni (1826-1910), a French civil engineer from St Malo who settled in Corrientes, modernized the local printing press to produce this book with French matrices. It is considered a rarity in Argentina. Coni later significantly contributed to the development of printing, and to the postal and telephone systems in Argentina.
