This issue has five poems by the American poet Charles Bukowski. The five Bukowski poems are titled: The Hippies and the Killer; down by the sea, the beautiful sea; A Hot Tip On The Future; Ya Know, Beethoven Conducted His Last Symphony While Almost Totally Deaf; down the silver river with one shoe off. The front cover is a photographic portrait illustration of Bukowski. Bukowski's poems are preceded by a four page introduction to Bukowski's poetry by G. J. Melling. Other contributions to this issue include: a short story "Since Whirl is King" by American writer William Wantling; four poems by San Francisco poet A. D. Winans; 3 poems by New Zealand poet Hone Tuwhare.
