Blue stationery, 15" x 9" folded in half, with flattened mailing folds. All letters are docketed on the rear with a concise description: "Informing me what he had done in Smiths district requesting instructions how to proceed", "Returning his executed contract and bond", and "Forwards blanks for account, connecting and direction".
