2nd edition. This was a limited edition of 230 copies with corrections by the author (who died in 1785) and notes by his brother, Sir Thomas -Gery Cullum. This version contains 7 new plates. Recently rebound in brown cloth with gilt lettering to spine. 11.75ins x9.75ins, viii, 288 plus frontis and 10pp plates. Also 6 pedigrees (5 folding). This is an ex Kensington & Chelsea reference library copy. It has accession number in gilt to base of spine and bookplate to front pastedown. There are a number of red oval library stamps to the front of the book and to the verso of each plate. There is some offsetting from the plates to the text page opposite but overall a good complete copy of a scarce title.
