Frontispiece and additional title page. Cracking to the end papers and spine edges, small chips across the spine tips, foxing to the end papers, contents clean. Member of the P.B.F.A. Clean pages with mild tanning and notable foxing throughout. Heavy foxing and mild water stains to front and rear pages. Tightly bound with moderate thumb-marking throughout. Pencil inscription to front endpaper. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Moderate tanning to board edges and spine. Mild scuffing to edges and leather. Mild peeling to front corners and board. Books has a backward lean.
