Designed by Rollins and printed at the Printing Office of the Yale University Press. Loosely inserted into this copy are two "RSVP" cards for the March 8, (1938) meeting of the Typophiles, each signed by Rollins and Kent, with their hand-written addresses, and the notice from the AIGA presenting the book.
