Soiling and foxing to front page ends. Previous owners name on top corner of ffep. Text is slightly yellowed due to age otherwise clean and unmarked except for the contents page which has small check marks in pencil by a few chapter titles. DJ has taped spine ends. Heavy wear, tears and chips to front and top edges and hinges. Heavy soiling to spine and covers. "Consists of nine studies describing the world outlook of an African people as expressed in their myths of creation, traditions of origin, and religious beliefs."
