The author helped build the first 'Free Church' in England in Walcot.A RARE ITEM.

Bound in original papered boards with hand-written title on the paper spine. The boards are worn and the front board is weak, attached by the strings. Inside,…heraldic coat of arms for an Earl ( I think) on inside cover. Text clean, many pages uncut. Personal trivia: This was the very first antiquarian book I bought (though not this copy) for 6d at a jumble sale at the age of 8. My interest and passion for books started early on.
