Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Gutters heavily cracked with exposed netting; feels a little loose overall. Text block edges are a little tanned and foxed with minor scratches. A few dog-eared corners. Boards have some edge wear, with pronounced bumping and peeling to corners, while spine ends are crushed and fraying. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall.

There is no publication date but Foreword is dated 1947. No inscriptions noted, illustrated, clean internally with little wear, no loose pages. However there is some very light spotting. Heavy book, will require additional postage outside the UK.
