B&W Illustrations; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 458 pages; HC In original green cloth boards with decoratively gilt stamped spine cloth laid down on a recent rebacking. Original pale yellow endpages intact. Binding snug; contents complete and very neat. Cloth corners lightly bumped; a short, very shallow divot… (about 1/2 in length) out of the front edge of the rear board. Rebacked spine has been done professionally but using a rather heavy buckram underneath the original cloth spine panel. Two lengths of cloth tape carefully applied in the gutters of the front and rear endpages. Contents VG+ in a resored binding that preserves most of the original case. Overall G++.
