Brother Graham (illustratore). The covers are rubbed with a few markings, with some bumping to the edges and corners, with white lettering to the spine. Foxing to page edges, crack to inside front hinge, pages 11-19 small stain to bottom of pages. Otherwise to recipes are clean and nicely laid out. The binding is firm. The pages appear clean and crease free. This book has 91 pages. All in all a nice example of this book.

Ian Downing was the head chef at 'The Hungry Monk' located at Jevington, Near Polegate, Sussex and these recipes were extracted from him by the owners Nigel and Susan Mackenzie. The book started as a sort of kitchen manual and ended up amongst the best selling cookbooks in England.
